Daisy Choice Between Gatsby and Tom

  • Factors that indicate she wants to be with Gatsby
    • "You're so cool."
    • The way she touches his arm
    • Riding with him to New York City
  • Why Daisy went with Tom (in the beginning)
    • Tom had the money when Gatsby didn't
    • Tom is forceful
    • Daisy is easily moved
    • She couldn't wait
    • Tom fulfilled her parents expectations
    • Tom was there when Gatsby was not
